In partnership with Tallaght Community Arts & Dublin West Education Centre
A programme of workshops for teachers from 1st to 6th class interested in using the Arts to stimulate learning in a Creative Classroom.
The course will be led by Joanna Parkes, an experienced Educational Drama practitioner.
Four experienced artists from other Arts disciplines – visual art, dance and music will also be invited to run a session and share their experience working in schools with the teachers.
Course fee - €80 (€10 per week) payable to TCA on the first session. The fee goes towards paying for the 4 visiting artists.
The sessions will take place on:
Tuesday 3.30 to 5.30
4 Tuesdays before Easter– 15th, 22nd, 29th March, 5th April
4 Tuesday after Easter – 12th April, 3rd, 10th, 17th May
Workshops will take place at Tallaght Community Arts http://www.tallaght-arts.ie
