Platform 1 (South Dublin Writers’ Open Forum) is an exciting ’space’ which has been put together by a number of dedicated writers to develop existing work of individual writers while also engaging with artistic endeavours in South Dublin County. The Forum is open to all who feel they would like to, for example, cross-pollinate with other art forms and to generate and put into place ideas which will benefit the community in a creative, energetic, nurturing atmosphere. The South Dublin Writers’ Open Forum will meet on the first Wednesday of every month in the Meeting Room at Rua Red.
